The Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin is a statewide, membership-based, non-profit bicycle education and advocacy organization. We strive to make Wisconsin a better place to bicycle by empowering citizens to build communities where bicyclists are safe to ride the roads and trails. We educate decision makers, motorists and bicyclists about the transportation planning and safety issues, as well as the environmental, health and economic benefits of bicycling. We promote bicycling as an integral part of a balanced transportation system, and a prosperous economy.
We have been working in Milwaukee for about a decade and have aided to the amount of bicycling that is now taking place here in the city. We know all the issues that Milwaukee faces when it comes to bicycling because our Milwaukee office staff members bicycle daily throughout the city, we practice what we work for!
